What forms of payment do you accept?
On our website we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Diners and JCB. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks sent to our mailing address: KRAZE Magazine, PO Box 80146, Conyers, GA 30013.

How long do I have left on my subscription?
To find out the expiration date of your subscription click the Account Login link at the top of the page and login the system. Look in the box that says “Period” under “Your payment history” to find the start and end date of your subscription.

Is my order safe?
Absolutely! Your order is guaranteed 100% secure. All orders are encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology, and no credit card numbers are stored in the database.

How do I renew my subscription online?
To renew your subscription click the Account Login link at the top of the page and login the system. Click the drop down menu next to “Membership Type” and go to the type of subscription you would like to renew and then click the Order button. You will then be redirected to a secure page to enter your billing information and complete the payment process.

How do I view my digital subscription?
To view a purchased digital subscription click the Account Login link at the top of the page and login the system. Under "Your Subscriptions" click the link that says "One year subscription - 4 Issues [DIGITAL]" and the link will take you to the digital subscription viewing area.

How do I update my mailing address, email address, name or password?
Click the Account Login link at the top of the homepage and login the system. On the left side of the screen click “Edit Profile / Change Password”. After updating any information click “Save Profile” to save the information.

I forgot my password and/or username?
Click the Account Login link at the top of the homepage. Towards the bottom of the page under “Lost password?” enter your email address or your username and your password will be emailed to you.

I already ordered a single copy of the current issue and I have decided to subscribe. If I pay for a subscription will I receive another copy of the current issue?
No. If you already ordered a single copy of the current issue and then order a subscription, your subscription will begin with the next issue. In this instance, to obtain an additional copy of the current issue you will need to order another single copy.

I sent a letter/email to the editor and I haven’t received a response?
Sometimes a response can take up to 5 weeks depending on the volume of email we have received. We operate with a small staff so please be patient. We will review every letter/email sent and those that require/warrant a response will receive one.

I am interested in writing for KRAZE. How do I submit articles?
Click the “Writers Guidelines” link at the very bottom of the page for submission directions and the type of content we accept. Just a hint: you may want to view an issue before submitting content to be sure your writing style and topics fit our magazine.

I would like to submit someone for KRAZE Man or KRAZE College Man of the week. What is the process?
To submit someone to be a KRAZE Man please email us a recent photo of the person being submitted.  Also send information about the person (i.e. age, occupation, ht, weight and name).  Contact information is required for all submissions.
