Attending A Wedding? Tips To Dress To Impress

Spring will be here before you know it and as the weather begins to warm up wedding season is just around the corner. Here are a few tips to make sure you are definitely dressed for the occasion.

1. Better To Over-do Than Under-do

The worst thing to do is to arrive at a wedding completely underdressed. Even if you think the other guest will be casually dressed, it's always better to dress a step above what is expected.

2. Don't Be Afraid of Color

Try to stay away from wearing all black. But, if you really have your heart set on black, add a pop of color to your outfit to liven it up. Nice vibrant colors like blue, green and pink can really bring out your outfit.

3. Check Your Surroundings

Knowing the location of the wedding can give you a hint on what is appropriate attire. For example, you would not wear the same attire to a beach wedding that you would wear to a wedding at a traditional setting.

4. Remember The Golden Rule

We really shouldn't have to tell you this because it's something you should already know. Unless you are attending an all white wedding, stay away from wearing white. That's definitely the bride's territory.
